Microsoft Certificaten (3): The Plan
After the previous post in which I described my shortage of certificates and in which I gave an overview of what Microsoft has to offer, I will describe my plan in this article.
Of the six areas that Microsoft offers, I am interested in three, more or less in this order:
- App Builder
- Data: Management and Analytics
- Productivity
The primary goal is to get the MCSD certification, but there are some “quick wins” that should be easy to get:
70-483 Programming in C# is an exam that should be relatively easy to get as I already have extensive experience with the .NET Framework.
70-761 Querying Data with Transact-SQL should perhaps be possible to get without any additional training..
After that I will focus on 70-486 Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications which requires some training.
